Stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s always great. Last night we stayed there on New Year’s Eve and we had a last minute booking with a very large party of 38 guests. On arrival Paul gave us a ballroom for our own private dining and to have basically our own karaoke and party. All hotel staff was so fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us and was on hand for any requests we had. Looking forward to our next visit.

It’s without a shadow of a doubt that the staff make this hotel fantastic. In our party we had two with mobility issues and the staff were fantastic. Special mention to Chloe who ensured we were as comfortable as possible, offering use of the wheelchair throughout our stay with her front of house team on standby throughout. The breakfast, Domanica- wow! She was fantastic, attentive, and generally a joy to meet. Her team equally so (Henry was attentive and helped to carry coffees to the table and help as much as he could)They set up a great kids play area which meant adults could actually enjoy a coffee whilst the kids remained entertained. We will definitely return based on the standout service we have received!!

An excellent day at the Hilton at St George’s Park, Burton upon Trent. The setting is calm modern and exceptionally well run. The facilities are outstanding with comfortable rooms, great food, and professional attentive staff who made the experience seamless throughout. As a venue for the ABM CISO Summit it was ideal. The conference spaces were well laid out, technically robust, and perfectly suited for senior level discussions and networking. A high-quality venue that strikes the right balance between focus, comfort, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Came here with my mother, she stayed in the king jr with balcony and I stayed in the King one. Both rooms were lovely and spacious and had all the amenities you'd need (towels, robes, razor, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, coolers) these rooms also come with access to the exclusive area where you can help yourself to food and drinks and order extra drinks too. The service all around the site was excellent and everyone was friendly. I had a late night gym session, it's a nice enough gym. I enjoyed the breakfast selection an the health spa was very relaxing although the steam room was a bit too hot for me so didn't spend too long there. I had an AMAZING foot and back massage from Mia and I could feel her work out the knots in my shoulders and upper back. I was so relaxed I might have even fell asleep at some point and I definitely could have fallen to sleep once she stopped. Lockers are spacious and it's a beautiful modern building. I'd definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed here this week (Jan 26) which coincided with our anniversary and were blown away by the hospitality and generosity of the staff. In all our travels around the world we did not expect to be treated so well right back at home in England! Thank you for looking after us so we'll. A lovely and peaceful place to work, rest and play.

We absolutely adore this Hilton hotel We're from London but our daughter goes to Keele University, which is about 40 mins away from here. When we visit her we prefer to stay here than the Hilton in Stoke as it's much much nicer. The rooms are lovely, the grounds are absolutely beautiful and the breakfast is great. It has a beautiful pool too! The only thing it doesn't have is a hot tub! If it had a hot tub, it would be perfect! This hotel has an exec lounge (included for Hilton Diamond members) & a Starbucks on site!

Beautifully done hotel on the grounds of St. George’s Park which is the English national training grounds for football. Not ostentatious, but very well kept and nice and comfortably sized rooms. Good restaurant and has a Starbucks. Sits in the middle of the incredible training facility and even houses the players when they are in training.

I recently stayed at Hilton at St George’s Park, Burton upon Trent for my birthday weekend. The hotel is beautiful, set in peaceful countryside with lovely views, making it the perfect place to unwind away from the busy city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and relaxing. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the facilities were very good. The surroundings and environment make it an ideal spot for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with scenic views. Overall, it is a lovely hotel in a great setting, and I would happily consider visiting again. With a little more attention to pre-arranged guest requests, the experience could easily be even better.
